It was called "Escape TO Witch Mountain" and Witch Mountain was a place-name. The kids were trying to get there to escape the bad guys.

Because it's the second movie, the first was titled "Escape to Witch Mountain"

It was Escape TO witch mountain as they already said.. the sequel is Return FROM Witch Mountain
Witch Mountain is the name the locals living in the area gave to the mountain where the "outcast's" moved in.. ..

Because of Tony & Tia's telekinesis powers they were thought to be witches. Tony needed a harmonica to make his powers come alive, where Tia didn't need any props for her powers.
I loved watching Escape to Witch Mountain & Return from Witch Mountain. I've never seen Beyond Witch Mountain but I hope to one day find it in dvd form to add it to my collection.

The title is Escape to Witch Mountain and thats where they go to get picked up in the spaceship

Wow I remember that movie I used to love it when I was younger. The first poster is right they were trying to escape from those people to the mountain.

Yeah, they were telekinetic and they were trying to get TO the mountain not escape from it. They were suppose to meet their space ship on the mountain with Uncle Bill from Family Affair in it.
