I have pokemon diamond, and i'd really like a deoxys.
am i able to have one traded to me before obtaining the national dex?

and if so, would anyone wnat ot trade me one?

yes you can have it trade it before obtaining the national dex.

if you want a deoxys you need to catch the legendairy pokemon on diamond that rare pokemon that i shows catch him then when you catch him you haft to fly to were you started thenwalk up to the first town then fly back were you started then wlak in circles then you will alldamadicklee go in a battle you can catch deoxys at lvl 70
