This is a great wine!
Kim Crawford 2006 Sauvignon Blanc
Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2006. Unfolds with flavors of passionfruit, gooseberry and subtle herbaceousness. The wine is mouthfilling with good texture and finishes well with cleansing acidity and great length. ($16.99)

A nice chilled bottle of Sancerre, with a nice platter of seafood on a hot summers day....although at the moment it would be better to have a hot cuppa as its cold and miserable.

well, it actually depends on what someone is eating. If one eats fish I would prefer a slightly bitter wine, yet if one is chicken I would say something with a sweeter tang.
