I was sentenced to 90 days county jail on july , I applied for House arrest but i was denied . Due to some past or something . The letter explains that i have 5 days to appeal .. What can i say to make them say yes my crime was not violent it was due to theft .. thanks

Just do the time and learn from your mistakes. Chances are you'll be out in half the time. Punishments are not to be a vacation at home!!!

Perhaps telling them that you want to spend the time preparing for getting a job. (studying for your GED, or working on your resume & interviewing skills)
And do it for real, because in all honesty a good job is more rewarding than anything else.

You can appeal if you think the court erred.
If you just don't like it, tooooo bad! Where's your lawyer???
