I've had some terrible jobs before, hard physical labor is always the worst.
But the worst I've seen someone else do, is the guy that drives the truck around to the porta-potties, and vacuums them out with a hose!!!

I was backpacking through Europe and had to get a job, so when I was in London, I worked at this Corporate office as a 'Trolley Dolley"' I went from floor to floor pushing a trolley to fill up everyones coffee stations, I even had to wear an apron. Did I mention there were the most handsome men that worked there....I can laugh now, but back then, I just needed the money......!

Honestly, just working in the deli at Price Chopper was personal hell. It was cold, there were 100 kinds of meat I was expected to instantly know, and customers were fairly consistantly impatient and negative, and my co-workers were either really cool or really nasty. Also, there was no such thing as feedback from my manager, unless I really screwed up.
I was miserable, and it was a Big Surprise to her when I quit.
Not as bad as some others will have, but there's my two cents.

Answering the phones at bank in bookeeping dept.Do you know how mad they get about their money ...and how in heck can you balance a checkbook on the phone.Come on,it was impossible!! They expected you to also sort mail while on the phone and I even had to file some checks when the power was out beside a glint of light from the window. Those were the days!!

By far the worst job I ever had was a pet sitter. I had to walk dogs & pick up poop, also give medication to animals that didn't know me (or necessarily like me), also scoop litter boxes & clean up any pet accidents in the house - HORRIBLE!

I worked for Budweiser for 1 day. I worked in their plant crushing cans and loading up palats for deliveries. After 10 hours I was completely covered in stail beer and exhausted from stacking product on 100's of palats. Good times good times!

I tried a factory that made boxes for shipping TVs, air conditioners (window units), refrigerators and such, it was awful, my hands would have glue 3 inches thick on them, have to peel it off before I could eat lunch, drive home, etc. and sometimes the skin would come off with it! Hurt like heck. And the pay was awful.

general labour warehouse jobs are the worst.
u get treated like shlt, extremely low pay, extremely poor working conditions (almost like inside a jail), and it messes up your mind cause you're constantly working with co-workers who look like mentally unstable ex-arsonists or something.
I've worked at a warehouse for 1 day before, and nearly went crazy afterwards. I quit the day afterwards and took nearly a month for my sanity to come back

Taking care of old people. I will never ever in my life work as a home health aide. I took care of this old couple. One of them got very sick. He was not breathing. The old lady, his wife told me that if I dared to call 911, or an ambulance or family members she was going to kill me with the cane. She said that her husband is going to stay with her even if he dies because she was not going to be alone for the rest of her life. She broke the telephone cord of her home. And I was not allowed to move from my chair. To make the story short. I got my self out of there, when she was screaming at her husband "you ain't leaving me. I ran out of there. Their family members tried to get me back. They begged me to go back to them and offered more money. I said "hell no".
The old man was fine. I called family members and 911.
