I have noticed that a lot of you are answering trolls and are becoming hot under the collar because of their often stupid and racist questions.
Would it not be better to simply ignore them by not letting them bait you? Be polite their master or masters will soon lose interest and maybe fade away.

I do try to stay away from questions that I find offensive. Once in awhile I'll open one by accident, and then I simply report the asker. For the most part, I find the questions interesting and I hopefully am helping some people!

are u a tourist?...first, i wanna tell you, you are blessed to have visited my country...it's a country with 7000+ islands, despite that fact, filipinos remain united...whatever....u should know first your rights in this country because it's inevitable to meet problems whether light or the other way around...second, u have to be familiar with the place...get a map and don't forget to keep a telephone directory with you..i mean not the thick pldt book...lols....just the necessary and important numbers like police station, fire station, hospital, embassy...etc...philippines has thousands to offer...beach, malls, pubs...etc...u have to know which place you are interested in...of course don't forget to ask DOT rather than passersby...DOT knows better...

If, as you say, you are new here and seek advice, then let me suggest that you bide your time before giving advice to the people from who you seek help.
Not that your points aren't valid, they certainly are, but you immediately earmark yourself as one who attempts to speak down to the rest of us under the guise of seeking assistance and that is no way to curry favor from the more experienced folks on Yahoo Answers.

There's nothing wrong with getting something positive from something negative. Besides, I never got violation notices from them.

I agree with you but unfortunately this site seems to be hit with an endless amount of Trolls and you will also notice a lot of thumbs down for good and relevant answers.
I have gone through your answers and it looks to me like you already know who the Trolls are.
Methinks I should warn you that at the moment you are somewhat surrounded by three Trolls and possibly The Man Himself. In case you haven't noticed you have "THE REAL BINIBINING", "PALIMOS PO PO" AND "MAHINHIN PILIPINA" (the last ,I think, may be a good troll at least I haven't noticed any garbage coming from her) Take Care
I don't think, like WELL, that your name is corny but I do think the police uniform may be a little bit over the top.

For those of you who don't know Well is stating that I am not very gifted in reading and spelling (very gifted in the cognitive department). Your attempt at insulting and be-littling me will not work.
You showed your "zero respect" for me when you blocked me out.
Read my statement again "and possibly The Man Himself" I did not mention your name nor did I say the person concerned was you. So why jump to that conclusion? Unless!
OK you want wisdom here is some But first I must state that most of it is circumstantial:
1/ You sir have an aloof manner and constantly try to belittle or insult people with your attitude and with your use of words, not just on one occassion, that are not commonly used in everyday language (that reminds me of some-one else),
2/ You state that you work for an International welfare company that helps the poor in the Phils ( that reminds me of some-one else),
3/ Maybe your account is squeaky clean because, like a good politician' you use others to do your dirty work and this probably explains your guarantee that your account will never be deleted,
4/ Once some-one disagrees with you you subtley go in boots and all (that reminds me of some-one else),
5/ Is it only a coincidence that the Trolls only attack people who don't get on with you?,
6/ Is it a coincidence that the Trolls never attack you?,
7/ You procrastinate your innocence but at the same time you are very quick to state someone else's guilt
8/ You allow the Trolls access to your questions, let them post their rubbish without even a slight slap across the nuckles,
9/ What part of Canada did you say you came from?
I have not openly stated my suspicions and leave the outcome for others to see BUT AGAIN I MUST STATE THESE ARE ONLY MY OBSERVATIONS.

i have someone named WELL who is stalking me and my friends profile and harassing us, i don't know how he's doing it since he is to good and busy to do any of those harassment.
Mr ranger-tonto i believe he also reported my friend doggy peste, Allan and me and lushbabe ...busy daw sya o!
i believe also that he created stanfordgurl and mahinhing pilipina, and all the disgusting trolls here, i wonder why would he makes comment about me and lushbabe and Allan even if we don't think about him, maybe because he wants all the attention to him.
it is so funny that he will report me as if i care..ha ha ha.
he doesn't get it why he was blocked here by most member in yap. he is way too slow.
