Does Game Stop check you games?

My 360 won't work is it possible that Gamestop can check my 360 to see what's the problem?

Possibly, but before you do, check the xbox website, forums, or any reliable website to see if you can find a solution to your problem. If not you should probably contact microsoft.

If the ring around your Power button turns red when you turn it on, you are screwed unless your warranty hasn't expired.

If it has, just go to GameStop with your games, controllers, remotes, AV and component cables, ANYTHING that you purchased for your Xbox 360 and turn it in for cash.

If it hasn't, request a support box from Microsoft and they will send you another Xbox 360.

Check the back of the game first, to see if there are any scratches on it. If there are no scratches then call Microsoft, and ship it in and it takes one to two weeks before they send it back to your home, and if you are not there you would the UPS warehouse.

They could, but I would take it there and if they don't know try one more different Gamestop and if they don't know I'm sorry but you will have to ship it to microsoft or look on their website to call their number to have them help you. Hope this helps.

You have to contact Microsoft directly. Game stop does not hire technicians to sell games.

If you tell them the problem and they know it they might.But if they dont know they will have to send it into microsoft

no they dont, they will take it and give you credit wether it works or not tho, i got 40 dollars for my x box when it stopped working
