There are turtles with beak or hook beak looking mouth, They are the snapping turtles and the Hawkbill turtles.
The head of snapping turtles is approximately triangular, and the mouth is large, with sharp jaw surfaces adapted mostly for cutting. Turtles have no teeth.

The name Hawksbill is derived from the 'hooked beak' which is more prominent than the snouts of other turtles. Their common names include Hawk-bill turtle and Hawk-billed turtle.

Turtle and tortoise 'beaks' are not the same structure as bird beaks, but rather more like scissors.

The shape of the cutting surface varies a little between species- some have 'cusps' that help hold some tissues better than others, but there is not the variation seen in birds.
