Being already M.sc (Agri) MBA is additional master degree.But MBA focus more on Corporate organisational functions & corporate management areas.for a M.Sc agri background Master degree in agricultural marketing management (MAMM) can be more related course(MAMM is offerd by department of development studies of Mysore University Mysore.
One should not feel that MBA is little outside to Agri graduate.For agri Farm & Corporate agri estate managment, management knowledge is essential.
One may check up whether they are aeligible to apply for MBA from universities where they wish to pursue the programme.Usually Agri B.SC/M.Sc are eligible to study

Funny is indian education system, even after doing your master in agriculture you still don't know what you want to do ... just what are you upto .. Msc(agri) and now you are confused whether you want to do MBA(hr, finance..) what's up with you man ... i just don't have any words to express your situation ... i can only say if you are not working start working in the field you have done your masters and later on decide which management course fits you best ....

obviously only marketing is a better option for u
b'coz as concern as finance & opration company required those person who has beteer basic degree... i mean for finance they required b.com..... mba, & opration - BE, if u talking abt HR u hv't any better scope in agree fild....
so keep in mind marketing or u may also go through opration...
