Paris Hilton broke the law, she should pay the price. She should have been in jail for the 45 days and never taken out. Just like anyone else would have been, us "normal" people anyhow. It doesn't have anything to do with her being white. Why do people have to make things about color of skin? It has to do with her being an "attractive", rich, slutty celebrity. If you're good looking and rich, you can get out of anything, at least in Hollywood...
And though I say all of that. I'm really sick and tired of hearing about her...and any other celebrity bullshit. I thought, I hoped and prayed, that today, just one day, I could go without hearing one thing about her, or other celebs. Literally within five minutes of turning on the TV tonight, crap was spewing from people's mouths about celebrities.

It says plainly the system does not work. When a Judge puts forth a sentence and a Sheriff removes the prisoner at his discretion there is conflict of interest. Fortunately, the Judge hauled them all back into his court and set it straight. Paris still gets privileges you nor me would get. Visitors easy entry and access? They could wait in the line in their car for the five hours it takes normally.
I hope Sheriff Baca is removed of duty, yes, I agree. She should spend the full 45 days without the 10% early release issues. They have lots of room in that high profile wing they have her in. If let out go to 91 days. Each abuse of the law via media or other wrangling just add more days. Thanks.

TRAIL?????????? Finally California serves some sought of justice to a Celebrity and sent this skank back were she belonged Jail. The laws and penalty's for criminals inn California is joke, Again O.J.

I agree with you to a point. I think the keyword here is "celebrity". They cater to Hollywood, period. Regardless of race. They may have pandered to Paris Hilton and Mel Gibson, but I believe they also did for many rappers and other quote "entertainers". The issue is fame and money, not race.
I'm quite sure if Halle Berry was arrested for DUI, she would get the same treatment.

Who cares the color of her skin? "She was sick." If ya do the crime, ya do the time.
If people would stop paying attention to celebrities like her, her money source would diminish. I really don't care if she cried on the way to jail, in the court or anywhere else. She's a spoiled brat and jail time isn't gonna hurt her a bit.
In the end, it's probably all just more of a publicity stunt that keeps her paychecks rolling in, just as her boyfriends 'porn video' was.

I think the judge that made her go right back to jail deserves an award, and the sheriff that let her out should be fired.

That if you are rich, and preferably white and cute. The law does not apply.
She should serve her sentence, not a year. The sheriff should be investigated.
And nazigirl should stop talking about beating dead things.

It doesn't really tell us anything other than the judge and sheriff were involved in a well publicized pissing contest over jurisdiction.

Listen...the judge doesn't even think a year. Now, I wish she could stay in jail until I die so I don't have to hear about her pathetic stories anymore, but that isn't very likely.
That sheriff should be thrown in jail though...I do agree. He overstepped his bounds.
