It depend on what they're wearing. If they're wearing a heavy Jacket then yes. If they are just plainly wearing a scarf then no that is just weird or gay. It also matters what colors and design the scarf is.

Heck Yeah. There are so many different styles and colors and generally guys clothes are a little blah. Plus, it gives kids something to give their relatives that fits their budget!

Well if they get cold they cant always rely on you to keep them warm.You have jealousy against scarves because you selfishly, personally want to keep themmen warm.

Well,it all depends. If it's a scarf that is a girl type,then no,it's not OK. But if it's a guy scarf,like checker or striped with boy colors,then it's definitely OK!

I think a lot has to do with the country they are from. And yes in the winter.
