I have had dogs ever since I was a very small boy, and have never had any fear of either my dogs or any strays. One of the dogs I acquired along the way was a Skye Terrier who would insist on biting my trousers cuffs and sometimes biting my ankles, I tried everything I knew to break this bad habit, and nothing worked until one day I had it ,and told him in no uncertain terms to stop it, or else. He did not, so I bit his tail ! Bobo lived to be 14 years old, and he never did his biting thing again.

Yes ,and I told the owner about it and all he could say was o well, so the next time I went by his house the dog came after me,I had my knife ready and I stabbed it in the neck, the guy came running out of his house, and said that he had called the cops, he was charged for allowing a vicious dog to run at large

Yes, once when I was 2, in the face, it was our family dog. Had several stitches, and still have scars. Also when I was 6 a stranger's dog bit me on the leg. I still love dogs though.

No, but I watched my brother get bit on the face by a dog when he was four years old. It sunk its teeth into his face, latched on, and wouldn't let go. One centimeter off and he'd have lost an eye. They put the dog down to see if it had rabies. It didn't. Fortunately, that terrifying experience didn't turn him off dogs. He's a loyal, loving dog owner as an adult.

yes once, but she didnt do it on purpose...i was 5 years old and i was eating something and the street dog was there. as a kid, all dogs are friends to me, i tried to give her some of my food and she jumped towards me to get my food and *accidentally* scratched my face with her teeth. i still have a little almost invisible scar now and its only 1 cm away from my right eye. phew!! only 1 cm, i could have gone blind.
