Every one of these idiot theories have been refuted by investigation, yet you still see people coming out and trying to convince others that this was an "inside job". Bush was in office 8 months before this happened, not enough time to set up something like this. Also the military people that would have to cooperate in this crime would not.
The only answer that makes sense is that this was a terrorist attack carried out by Osama Bin ladin. Just like the one ignored by Clinton in 93.

I think there are two components here. The first are the usual kinds of people who go for this kind of thing. They are typically not well educated and don't seem well connected with all facets of reality. These are people who in "real" life are in generally low positions in society. Something like one of the various 9/11 conspiracy deals gives them "special" knowledge. They can then see themselves as one of the "enlightened" ones, smarter than all the lawyers, engineers, physicists, and government elites out there. It's their way of feeling "smart" and "special." My favorite line that some of them use is, "No one has officially denied any of this." ROFL!!!!! They are so clueless they don't even seem to understand why that is!

There is a second component to the 9/11 people though. Behind it all are NOT just the usual "Elvis is alive" kooks, but it's the Micheal Moore/hate-America crowd. This is where the money comes from to produce the propaganda films to fan the flames. These people are driven by irrational hatred and some of them have money. Lest someone think I am simply picking on the FAR left (the far fringe,) I will point out there was a FAR right conspiracy theory that Bill Clinton had Vince Foster killed. The motivation was the same--try to undermine the current president and stir up irrational hatred.

We should not ignore questionable things about 9/11. We have every right to question it. It was a catastrophic event that killed thousands of innocent Americans and has had an impact on all of our lives in some way or another. We're still running up the death toll in Iraq because of it. All Americans who love their country should want to look into this matter. There is a mountain of evidence that leads people to feel it was inside job. It's a harsh reality. I'll admit that...I can understand why some people won't even consider it. In doing so, that means you have to face that everything you know is wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow. Still, I encourage you to look into yourself. Watch Loose Change. Do some research on the Internet outside of the mainstream media outlets.

how was the 93 attack ignored, the person is in custody. OBL is only wanted for the embassy bombings, not 9/11

Because their ideology does not fit into reality. They cannot accept that a foreign entity would engage in violence against the United States. Remember we are the evil ones while everyone else in the world would live peacefully without us. This is their ideology. The facts of 9/11 are a contradiction to it like the fall of the Soviet Union was to communism.

A good website is 911research.com
I think people are generally confused and angry that we didn't shoot down those planes. Dick Cheney ordered our men to stand down. WHy? I ask why?? Why was pre-emptive policies prepared and written before 911 even happened? I think there are clues leading to the fact that our government had some prior knowledge about this. Whether or not all the theories are correct doesn't matter. It is important you question your government especially when our constitution is being destroyed.

Some people, namely conspiracy theorists, have a need for order and logic. When something of a grand scale happens that seems to defy their worldview, they have trouble putting it into any meaningful context. Instead, they invent order from chaos by proposing scenarios that are controllable and fit their idea of logic and order. They create a conspiracy, usually by working with a predetermined conclusion of their invention, and work their way backwards, piecing together disjointed and typically unrelated events/causes to explain the unexplainable.

I have never heard any theory that was even remotely believeable other then Bin Ladin. But there are some people that just like to blame Bush for everything, for reasons I don`t quite understand.Just try not to let it bother you, there will always be stupid people in the world.

The last I heard none of the conspiracy theories could be proved wrong. That is why so many people still believe them. On the other hand it has been proved that this is the first time in history a plane has brought down a steel building. It was the first time a plane has ever vaporized in a crash. Maybe these conspiracy people have something after all.

Marijuana causes acute paranoia in some people. It would be interesting to see how many of these theoristsget high or used to get high. My guess is that a good portion of them have the munchies right now.

What are you talking about - no facts?

Very slickly produced fictional "documentaries", unreliable sources, out of context quotes, cherry picked data, over-simplified arguments, op-blogs, youtube, biased web sites, outright lies, half-truths, doctored videos, unscientific conclusions - just how much "PROOF" do you require for crying out loud?!!?
