Who out there has had a boob job? Was it all that you expected? Would you do it again?

I had breast surgery done in Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit. I am much happier and pain FREE because of my breast reduction. I was a 38J and went to a 38C. Five pounds off my chest and the world is a much better place for me.
