Why is it that people can make jokes about blondes but not about mexicans? Is it because they are sensitive?

Well i posted a mexican joke i saw and people say im mean! but when someone puts a blonde joke (i dont care if mexicans are blonde too) they dont say anythin

By "people" you mean "people who post to these boards," and by "can make jokes" you mean "can make jokes without getting disapproval from the kind of people I know."
No, the answer is not that Mexicans are more sensitive than blondes. (There's got to be a joke or even a variety-show skit somewhere in that last sentence, but let it pass for nowl)
The answer is that blondes have not been officially disadvantaged in this country, whereas for quite a while there has been varying discrimination against Mexican immigrants, legal or illegal, first generation or later, and against various other people who are emphatically non-blonde. And because the people you know, including the ones here, have the very Anglo-American attitude that you do NOT kick somebody when he's down--and because in recent times, they've applied that attitude to people outside their own group, even when those people aren't present--they don't think people who are unfairly discriminated against should be joked about.
However, I promise you that Mexicans, Jews, women, men, gays like me, and many, many other types are joked about by some people who don't get flak from their friends.
Since all the groups I know about tell jokes about themselves, I would bet in particular that Mexicans (on both sides of the border) tell jokes about how Mexicans behave.
As for me, I don't think I've heard a blonde joke yet that was really funny. Incidentally, my own hair is dark brown where it isn't white.

Because...blonde jokes are like a legend...theyve been around for a LONG time...to joke about mexicans ouot of the blue, well that would be kinda mean cuz no one knows if u mean it or not. if it were with ur friends...and they knew u didnt mean it, then thats fine.but not with the world...cuz they might get offensive....mexican is a heritage...blonde is not. its a haircolor....a heritage is much more important than a haircolor...thats why when people joke about a blonde person, it seems more appropiate...its just about haircolor. not the heritage...when u joke about heritage..people start to get sensitive, I know I would!

Every group gets made fun of. I'm polish and I hear stupid pollok jokes all the time. People do joke about mexicans but probably not directly to them because they normally have bad tempers.

You are comparing a hair color to an entire ethnicity?? For one thing, there are blonde Mexicans, so I don't know what you're talking about. Another thing, not all Mexican people are illegal, so to say you like them 'even though they are illegal' is...stupid.
