There is semen present in the pre ejaculate. It just takes one healthy "swimmer" to do the job. Condoms to fail often enough to warrant using an additional method of birth control such as contraceptive foam or a spermicide along with the condom. Best of luck to you.

Absolutely, the man does not need to have an orgasm for you to get pregnant. The stuff that leaks out during excitement (precum) can absolutely get you pregnant. I have a precum daughter. She is now 16.
