Everything is a liberal conspiracy theory to cons. It has come to the point that conservatives will not believe anything unless it comes from the mouth of a right-wing pundit.

They don't believe in the mainstream "liberal media", "activist judges", historians, economists, professors, academia, teachers, or polling companies. They don't even believe government organizations like the Census or Whitehouse.gov, much less well established scientific organizations like the American Meteorology Society.

It's all one big liberal conspiracy they think.

EXAMPLE 4:

On citing how all the well established scientific organizations involved in climatic, geologic, and meteorologic research (including PRIVATE scientific organizations funded by membership dues like the Geological Society of America and the American Meteorological Society) and how they have official statements in support of man made global warming:

"They are all funded by government grants. The media can sell anything to a liberal like you. Get the facts from independent non-government sources"

Ross,

Everybody is entitled to their opinion. Not everyone is entitled to their facts.

There are plenty of people who have not set their politics yet. That's who we are trying to reach.

Chef,

This is what I do. I gather facts and stats from third party sources to try to convince people to the truth. You will never see me citing moveon.org or democratic underground.

These tactics I hope work with the undecideds and people with an open mind.

They do not work against conservatives because it has been my experience that cons always come up with some conspiracy theory on why everything is run by liberals.

The quotes I provided are the perfect examples of that.

And, just to prove your point, most of the "cons" who answered your question actually gave no answer at all! (I guess they have no facts with which to counter your examples.)

There you go with your global warming nonsense again.

Will you ever address the legitimate questions about your global warming causation theory?

You have not, over months, even attempted a conversation.

Consensus is not science. Science is reproducible results that stand up to scrutiny.

Al Gore runs away from debate about global warming, and yoiu run away from my scientific questions.

1 - What percentage of current climate change is caused by man, and what percent by natural variation of the sun?

2 - How are global temperature estimates for years prior to 1700 validated?

3 - Why do global climate models predict a "hockey stick" of future warming, even when *RANDOM* data are input for past temperatures?

In the first place, your data, while informative, was too incomplete to make a positive proof that keynesian economics was "superior" to supply side economics. Secondly, it is wrong to take a few examples from a question and answer forum and apply it to an entire group of people who subscribe to a particular ideaology, just as it would be wrong for me to say that all liberals are a bunch of wacko nut jobs--they are not. I think you will find that those people from both sides of the fence who are most vocal are also those who are most wrong, possibly from their desire to not only convince others, but also themselves.

Do you realize that you are projecting stereotypes, bias and rage? And that none of us are reading past the first paragraph?

Blah, blah, blah. LOL

At least you are admitting to possessing an agenda. I think you flatter yourself that there is anyone here with an open mind who will be influenced by the negativity and bias you present.

Why do you people insist on this arguing. Do you not realize that this is pointless. We all have our views, let each other have them, and stop bashing each other.
