All that I remember is that it goes "Hey now" followed by some organ riff, very reminiscent of the kind used in "96 Tears" by ? and the Mysterians. I can also say that it comes from somewhere in the late '50s to the early '60s. Thanks, this is driving me crazy.

RYAN MALCOLM LYRICS

"Don't Dream It's Over"
(feat. Gary Beals)

[Ryan:] There is freedom within, there is freedom without,
Trying to catch the deluge in a paper cup
[Gary:] There's a battle ahead, many battles are lost,
But you'll never see the end of the row while you're travelling in here

[Chorus:]
[Both:] Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over,
Hey now hey now,
When the world comes in, it comes,
It comes to build a wall between us, we know they won't win

[R:] Now I'm towing my car, there's a hole in the roof,
My possessions are causing me suspicion but there's no proof
[G:] In the paper today tells of a war in a ways,
But you turn it right over tothe T.V. page

[Chorus]

[G:] Now I'm walking again, to the beat of a drum,
And I'm pounding the steps ot the door of your heart
[R:] Only shadows ahead, barely clearing the roof,
Get to know the feeling of liberation and relief

[Chorus]

Hey Now, hey now by Crowded House. If that is not right then go to LeosLyrics.com, that is the best place to find song titles and artists if you only know a few words.
