hi all im haveing a problem with my HP psc 1300 printer ive never had any problems with it beore but now its not printing when i try to print something it doesnt do anything no error messages pop up or anything when i clicked on my printer to check its status it says it fine. all the wires in my printer are pluged in and arent loose. im not out of ink either
whats going on?

i had that problem with my 5150. did the same as you. what i did to cure it was to reinstall all the drivers and software. mainly the drivers. i ask a friend his opion about it and thought the same as i did that just something got corrupted at one point.

When you try to print and the screen comes up where it actually says print at the bottom, check on the top of that display to make sure you didn't accidentally uncheck your printer. Verify that it is trying to print to your HP printer.

Right click Computer, and left click disk manager and be sure Universal Serial Bus has a +. If not reinstall software. Also I had a bad USB cable cause this problem.

same printer same problem. in my case, i uninstalled the printer driver by accident. reinstall the driver from the installation disk. when there is no driver available. there will be no error messages. it just wont print

my only guess is that you're printing to the wrong printer, basically the printer that you are using is not selected
