It is not only the Indian Team looking for foreign Coaches. Even Teams like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, New Zeland etc. who have very talented players in their country are opting for foreign coaches as coaching is a profession and require specialised skill which is lacking in their countries.

Now I'm totally against putting foreign coaches in our subcontinental teams. Do they ever put our coaches in there teams.
Quit International coaches and try to concentrate on home grown talent. I hope our country has many if not so many talentd people.
