in the sims 2 happy holiday pack, where is the baby new year costume?

can u celebrate thanksgiving and what are the other holidays does it have? and how do u bake cookies for santa? can u open the presents?

I believe the baby new year costume is under the formal section for toddlers. It's the diaper with the sash.

You can celebrate Thanksgiving, but the only thing you have for it is the turkey that came with the base game.

You can celebrate Christmas. If you want to cook the holiday roast, you'll need to buy the cornucopia (under decorations) and have a 7 level in cooking to get the option.

To bake the santa cookies, I think you get the option with no cooking skills or 2 cooking skills, I can't remember, but the cookies are available in the pie menu under desserts.

If you want Santa to visit, buy a Christmas tree and bake the cookies (both before 9pm). Santa will appear around 11pm and will ho ho ho his way around your house, eat the cookies, and will leave you a present. Then he'll hang around annoying your sims and using their bathroom all night until he finally leaves. And no, the presents can't be opened (unfortunately).

To throw a New Year's Eve party, use the phone, you'll get the option in the pie menu. I believe the party will start around 8pm and will run until after midnight. You can buy fireworks and noisemakers in the decorations section. At midnight, father time will appear to say farewell and baby new year will appear to say hello.
