It could be related to something inside the head area (possibly brain related) because you always feel nauseated and feel pain in one spot. It could also be Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but those typically don;t cause localized head pain. You really, really need to see a doctor.

Please see a doctor. I have fibromyalgia and I suffer from chronic fatigue, I'm still tired when I get up too, BUT, I DO NOT HAVE A SEVERE PAIN in my head. It sounds more like Migraine headaches, they can cause nausea and a pain in the head. Better to be safe than sorry, make sure you make a list of your symptoms to take to your doctor. Also your fatigue could be caused from depression.

Sounds like you are anemic. Anemia happens when your body is very low on iron. Try taking an iron tablet or vitamin with extra iron in it. Iron can have a side affect...constipation, so eat raisins and other foods that will keep you regular. If your still not feeling better in a few days, go to a doctor just to be safe.

I think you have high blood pressure. How long have you been having that pain? Are you stressed, is your bedroom well-ventilated at night?
Is your diet healthy or full of bad fats? Do you eat junk food, or microwaved food? A lot of reasons that can higher even a little bit your blood pressure to give you that headache.
My blood pressure is usually 100, but when I have such a headache, It happens to get up to 120 which is normal for others, but high for me.
Do you have that headache every day? continually, or with interruptions?
If it is not continually, measure your blood pressure in different days to come to a conclusion.
You also check your blood sugar level, just in case.

Since you're not pg I would go to the Dr to find out. The severe pain in the left side of your head is what has me worried.

You should seriously go to the Doctors to have it checked. It could simply be a migraine headache or it could be an aneurysm, which can be deadly. Have it checked at the doctors.
