All caps is traditionally considered the same as yelling. If you just CAP a word or two, it is usually taken as emphasis. Just an internet convention.

My last day will be the 20th of this month.I'm going to Middle school. I'm sad though because my friends and boyfriend are moving away! I'll miss you Michael!!! :(

well. at least you're happy about it. I miss school sooo much. I love my teachers to death. and it is kinda hardish to read when you put it in all caps.
