Do we wish a Happy Father's day only to men?

who stuck around and acted like a man, supported his woman and helped raise his child, or do we also wish it to those who bailed out after a night of sex and . basically, told the woman,"no tmy problem, I'm outta here"

Practically yes, i mean it's Father's Day and we should wish a man that has or already had kid(s).

It's called Fathers Day.
Not
"Progenitors" day.
