It hurts when it's somebody who really matters to you and they think something about you that isn't true.

Of course, people can say what others think of them doesn't matter, but it does. It really hurts when someone close to you says they believe something about you, when they should know you better than anyone and know that it isn't true.

Oh yeah....there were some really cruel kids at my school. At times I have felt that most of my class was against me. People would start rumors about me and all of my friends thought they were true. When I was younger I had an eating problem and ate like crazy. I stayed at a friends house once and the next day she told everyone that I ate her out of house and home. When I stayed there we had ordered pizza. I didn't eat anything from her house....it was so awful.

yeah, people have spread rumors before that wasn't true. it came from someone who didn't have a life and didn't have anything better to do so i didn't really pay much attention to it. people will believe what they want to believe. there is nothing anyone can do to stop that. good luck.

Too many times to mention all of them...My ex said I was too mental to raise our kids.....My dad tells me I am stupid...Amazing how much those two are alike when I tried to make sure of the opposite...lol

Yes someone did say something to me to hurt my feelings. They told me that the "word on the street" was that I was gay. But I know that I like "bones in my fish."

yes a matter of fact this did happen once to me ........
i was asked once if i was taking drugs and that is one think i would never do let alone hide.....
i was hurt because it was spread accross work ........
luckly that has passed and things are much better now.........

Yes. Many people do that all the time people talk all the time and they say many things that are not true and there are many many many cuel kids at my school

I once got my butt kicked by a lady that thought I banged her husband even though I didn't. Does that count? She hurt my feelings, nose and ribcage.
