He does not appear in the film credits that run after the film- nor before it.

Generally if that happens, the actor knows they will not be getting any on screen credit. Maybe he's a Harry Potter fan and just wanted to be in the movie with or without credit. Or maybe he was doing the job as a favor to a friend in the movie cast or crew.

For example, in Night at the Museum, Owen Wilson received no on screen credit (at least in theaters, not sure about the DVD). I'm pretty sure he knew he wasn't going to get credit.

According to the Internet Movie Database entry for the film,
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0330373/ , he played Barty Crouch, Jr. , and appears third in the credits list, right before Daniel Radcliffe.
Perhaps you were expecting him to be listed much later in the credits, rather than before the star? Or is IMDB in error?--in which case you should notify them of the fact!
