it works by lenses that magnify the object thousands of times than reality, so u can c microorganisms. elctron microscope is better than light microscope as it uses a shorter wavelength
-u know there r microorganisms as u can c them .
-examples: bacteria, fungi, animal or plant cells
- u look at cell structures u know that it is a characteristic of that cell, if u found it then thats the cell u r looking for, but some times it can be difficult and takes a lot of time
