Its hard at the beggining but if you have stamina it wont be, but its good to gain stamina and cardio vascular health, just make sure you havent eaten or dranked water just in case you wont get crampy.^_^.

You could probably do it in 3 days at the most, but it would be mostly water weight. First of all, no sodas or really salty foods. You can eat HIGH PROTEIN foods and salads, you can also have juice but you really want to push the water. No more than 10 to 20 carbs , like the Atkins diet. It really works :-)

Well, obviously dieting. I'm not talking starving or Atkins. I'm talking cutting the sodas, bad sugar snacks. Drink lots of water or if you MUST have a soda go diet ( you'll get used to the taste). Have pretzels instead of a candy bar ( or any other sugary thing). if you must have sugar, eat fruit. They have good complex sugars. Also for exercise while your sitting at your desk ( or just standing) squeeze various muscles ( like abs). Or if your standing waiting around somewhere raise up on thee balls of your feet and work your calves. also walk anywhere you can instead of elevators. And when you go to th grocery store park your car far away so you have to walk. Well, hope i could help somehow.

How much time do you have? Any fast way of losing weight isn't going to work long term and you'll gain it back. It really boils down to calories in vs calories burned
