They both are equally important, generally.

That's why they are like one month or more, apart. After mother's day, time to save up for fathers day. lol

I guess it depends on there background,how there mom or dad was in there life and also maybe weather or not there a parent.I know i never realized how important either day was untill i woke up one day and had 4 sweet little faces smileing at me,that would be my babys.Every since than both days have been equil,cause those little faces couldnt exist if it wernt for both the mommy and the daddy!!!
