I have both costumes, but the cat costume is cuter, but they already have chihuahuas, so they might like a dog better. I cant decide!

im pretty sure you're best bet would be investing in a hamster costume.
but if you're not willing to spend more, i'd go for the cat...a change of scenery for them perhaps?
