I know how to use a camera already. is there anything else I should know?

nothing...It doesnt matter who you are as long as you take a good picture anyone will pay you thousands if not millions for a good shot. I hear that a pic of Paris in jail would go for a million $$$$$$$$$$

A lot of guts, a good insurance policy, a fair amount of patience, knowing who buys the pictures, and, it seems to me, a good dose of stupidity. There are other roles in photojournalism besides stalking celebs.
