Are you asking about promiscuity or business dealings or cheating on exams?
Asian women are generally very modest and chaste more often than not. Chastity and virginity are an important part of their worth as a bride (i.e. their worth.) In a lot of Asian cultures promiscuity is so accepted in men it isn't even considered cheating. I'll buy that American women are more promiscuous in general than Asian women.
Business practices? I think it varies from country to country. In some countries corruption is the norm. In others it is shameful enough to be a suicide risk if you are caught.
Academic cheating?
Asia all the way. Americans don't care that much. Except Harvard pre-meds.

Asians also cheat on their own land. Do not think it is the way you are raised. It is inherent in most humans and it is everywhere. Wait for the Asians to assimilate well here or be born and raised the American way.
