I don't know if it's catchy but I like Breakaway the best. Since You've Been Gone seems to get alot of singalongs though at least at my job.

I, personally, love "Beautiful Disaster"
but some of my other faves are "Break Away", "Since U Been Gone", "Behind These Hazel Eyes", "Walk Away", "Never Again" and "A Moment Like This"
