a quartz is a quartz nevery heard of a 250 watt quartz bug light gezzz a quartz would fry anything that gets near it that type is one of the hotest burning blub there is they come in 250, 300, 500, and 1,500 watt size just get you a bug zaper and will use a whole lot less power to boot
