Alpengeist is pretty cool. Make sure you eat at Das Festhaus. It's got REALLY GOOD German food!

I've been a season pass holder for Busch Gardens Europe for the last 6 years. The order of the roller coasters really doesn't matter, per se.
When I go, I usually head through England to Escape from Pompeii, then back to Festa Italia to ride Apollo's Chariot, Roman Rapids, and Tradewinds.
Then I head back to the main section of Italy, where the Battering Ram, Da Vinci's Cradle, and a few other rides are.
After, I head over to Germany, ride Big Bad Wolf, Scrambler, and the swings, and then over to Dark Kastle. Afterwards, it's off past Dragon Land (kid area) to Alpengeist.
Next is France. Like someone else mentioned, stopping at the Smokehouse is always a good choice, but another option is The Bistro, which is the only "sit-down" restaurant in the park, with hostesses/waiters/etc.
From there you can either head towards the Log Flume and one of the train stations or over to Griffon, new in 2007. I've ridden it a few times, and as long as they aren't having technical problems, the line is faster than that of any other coaster in the park.
Head back towards Ireland, and you'll hit the Aviary, Pet Shenanigans, the Wolf Sanctuary and the Eagle Sanctuary. It's a nice place to stop and take a break from all the excitement. Keep going and you'll walk by Castle O'Sullivan, where you can see one of the shows Ireland iws home too. Also, Irish Thunder (step dancing) is located near there as well. Ireland has many shops, ranging from toys, crystal, pottery, a pub & Drinking School (hey, it IS owned by Anheuser-Busch, after all), food, and a fantasy store.
Next stop would be Scotland, home of the Loch Ness Monster. More shops can be found in this area as well.
and there you have it =D A full round trip through BGE. Hope you enjoy your time there!

I highly suggest hitting their newest coaster, Griffon, first. It'll have the longest line. When you enter the park, head to the RIGHT, through Ireland and follow the signs to Griffon. Griffon is a sweet coaster with it's 205 foot high first hill DIVE. The train actually dangles for 5 seconds at the top of the hill before it drops.
From there, go on Alpengeist since you'll be right next to it, then Big Bad Wolf, Curse of DarkKastle (not a coaster, but a fun indoor ride), Apollo's Chariot and finally Loch Ness Monster. Don't forget the other rides in between though!
If you're wondering about the shows and food, the Irish Dancers are great in Ireland, and our favorite place to eat is Trapper's Smokehouse. If you love BBQ, that's the place to go! For about $8 you can get BBQ half chicken, complete with fries and a roll. It's worth the money. Have fun!

I like 15 min. from Busch Gardens and these are my personal opinions....
Big Bad Wolf is the least scary should be your first roller coaster if you have never been on on.
Lochness is next..it has two upside down spins.
Then Alpeingeist;it is really high and fast but you are strapped in so it's not as scary as.....
Apollo's Chariot only the bottom half of your body is covered and it's a 210 foot drop, it was my first roller coaster, but it made me scared to go on the rest of them..
I haven't been on the Griffon yet but it is a 90 degree drop and it is probably the most scary so do that one last...unless you're a real dare-devil...then do them in whatever order you want.
But be warned..Big Bad Wolf always has the longest lines.
HAVE FUN :)
