State of Missouri is saying,"if you owe the IRS -you owe the State of Missouri"?

By doing this they have started to levy,garnish and place liens against our accounts eventhough the IRS has retracted? Who can tell me how to stop this predatory behavior from the State of Missouri? See;

You need a tax lawyer or CPA who is familiar with the Missouri tax codes. Let him/her show the "Show-Me" state what to do.
