If you have a beautiful double eyelid, you should use all sort of colors, such green, blue, gold etc... It can be very playful color... Or if you're looking for something to make your eyes appear bigger and much more enhance... Use a black for night and brown for daytime... Apply a full line for the upper lash line Starting thin at the inner corner and gets thicker towards the end, and give it a little √ at the end...Then use metallic white or pink for your lower lash line...Starting from the inner corner and stop at the middle and use black/brown for the rest of the lower lash line... By doing that it helps to make you eye appear bigger and much more "awake"...
So, I'm Asian too, I love Shu Uemura's eyeliner pencil, they are very very waterproof(If you try it on the back of your palm you can't even rub it off) and they have lots of metallic colors... Which is just the thing to brighten up our eyes...
Try them out, I'm sure you'll LOVE them!!

I feel black eyeliner is consistently well. So I could have a skinny line of black eyeliner after which have a thick layer of inexperienced on most sensible. I am now not certain if so that it will seem well however I feel you must take a look at it! Hope I helped!

first you must use mascara, your eyes are just too small for anything else.
1. use blue, or black maybe some blue mascara, I love that
2. when applying your eyeshadow, ONLY apply to the lid, and stop about halfway to your browbone, your eyes don't have very big creases,
3. your haave GREAT almond shaped eyes so accentuate that with eyeliner that gives you cat eyes.
tips***
don't be afraid that your eyes are too small,
when you apply makeup, if you have the urge to apply the whole lid, apply with a lighter color, like a white or beigish tint, something that makes your whole face brighter.

Yeah probably either a black or brown.
Or they have those colors that are supposed to bring out different eye colors. I think a navy blue was for brown eyes.
Actually, I'll put the site for you if you want to check it out.

If you want your eyes to stand out use black, if you want to look more natural use black-brown. It's a really really dark brown and looks great. I think it looks great on warmer skin tones. It would really bring out the color of your eyes.

Try dark brown, charcoal, dk. green, eggplant, navy - not brights. They should all contrast well with your eyes.
Do a very skinny line, from outside corner to 2/3 of way to inner corner [ or eyes will look narrower ].

and eggplant (purple) would look good on you
it will bring out the color of your eyes, and make them stand out. i wouldn't use brown, it will just blend in, but if you don't like th eggplant color, stick with black
a good eyeliner to use is almay, they make a whole line of products just for brown eyes

Black would look the best, on the inside of your eye lid! Or a smokey, lighter black that has a hint of gray.
