At my school. So what am I suppose to do if something happens and I get in the situation that I have to defend myself? Do I sit there and get my @$$ whupped? What kinda crap is that!
It makes me SO mad. I would just fight back.

I had the same thing happen to me, it was so dam ******* dum. You get in trouble for defending yourself. I was so pissed that day I almost knocked out the teacher but I restrained myself. But in my opinion, if someone hits you, you should defend yourself by hitting them back. It's the only way to defend yourself without looking like a sissy.
P.S: If you get REALLY pissed don't worry about punching the person in the face coz their face will grow back so go ahead and hit as hard as you can.

Well i have been in this situation before. If you know that the other person won't press charges, then go for it, yeah you might get suspened but hey when you get back you will have something to talk about lol.

I know, ! Its probobly the most unfair rule iv heard of. But then ppl tell you 2 fight back to protect yourself. But then they yell at u and say that wasnt teh right thing to do its like WHA!?

You are supposed to get the attention of a teacher, and your fellow students are supposed to step in and restrain the kid that is hitting.
Besides did you really do nothing to start the fight?

At my school, even if you don't fight back and get your *** kicked, you get a 3-day suspension.
Don't worry about it. Fight back all you want. Your parents, your dad especially (if you're lucky enough to still have yours...), will understand.

You don't start punching the person back. You defend yourself until an adult can help you.
