What is chaining? I have never heard of it! Can someone please explain what it is and what does it do?!

Go to youtube.com search for pokeradar and there will be a good explanation on how to do it.
I managed doing a 59 chain with larvitar.

Chaning is when you use the pokeradar in a pacth of grass to encounter a pokemon over and over again, if you get a long enough chain a shiny version of the pokemon you were chaining will apper

It has something to do with getting shiny Pokemon.
