With a long stem, a talented tongue, and a lot of practice.
I think it's impossible for those who can't roll their tongues into a "U". (That's a genetic skill, either you can or you can't)

Let me tell you...........in my youth I could really impress the young men with my ability to tie that knot. It might take a lot of practice, I guess I was one that had a flexible tongue.
They also like it when you can "Buddy Breath"
when kissing.
Gardening is my passion now.

You will impress many people when you perfect this trick.
It took me about three stems and then I got it.

You have to have tongue dexterity ( it also helps if you can french-kiss good )
