I'm 21, and I have borderline low testosterone levels 303 ml/dg ??? or whatever... all I know is that the normal range is is between 300-1000 of whatever unit (I'm not so sure I have the measurement unit right so sorry)

If I were lower I would need HRT, but I'm glad I don't have to take that route. Could this be a factor in my general weakness, fatigue, and lack of 'balls' so to say that I get criticized for on a daily basis.

"Hey, you act like an old man" - others
"I feel like one" - Me

Any suggestions?

You have very low testosterone, and I am surprised that your docs do not have you on Testosterone Replacement Therapy. You have all the symptoms of the problem, and it is going to get much worse. Weakness, low energy, low sex drive, and eventually, bone density loss, lack of aggression. I would guess that you need about 200 mg Testosterone Cipianate or Testosterone Ethanate, about 1/2 ml twice a week shot (most testosterones are about 200 mg/ml. )
If you go on ths therapy, you will find greatly increased stamina, energy, and strength. You will have to take an anti estrogen med, (testosterone breaks down and becomes estrogen quickly, so you need to eliminate this). If you get on this therapy, you will notice a tremedous difference in your life within 1 week. Don't wait, get to the doc and ask for testosterone..you qualify for a prescription. AFter about 2 weeks, get into the gym and start working out..you will be amazed at the difference your life is about to take. YOu will have to give youself shots using about a 2 1/2" needle into muscle...I prefer shoulders, but most docs recommend the butt...rear of shoulder is just fine, easier, and very few nerves to feel pain with. Good luck, you have just recieved about 500.00 of free medical advice. Prescribed testosterone runs about 90.00 per 10ml bottle, syringes are about 25.00 per 100, get the 3ml with the 2 1/2" #21 needle (23 is easier to shove in, but very difficult to fill). A10ml vial should last you 10 weeks, and you will have to check on the prices of Clomid or other antiestrogen pills/liquid.

Possibly but there are many many other factors that are involved. You can't change your genetics that determine your body chemistry but you can change your diet and activity patterns.

Diets high in fat and sugar can have the effect of making you sluggish. Eat more fruits and vegetables (or even try a vegetarian diet for a while) and you migh find that you have more energy.

One of the fantastic things about exercise is that along with many many spin off health benefits both long-term and short-term is that the more you do the more you are able to do. (ie - the more active you are the more energy you will have)

As far as 'lack of balls' just ignore that. You are who you are and be proud of that.
