I want to know if Intel Pentium Dual Core is good for playing online games and surfing the web on a dell laptop that costs $1360. Is that a good deal? Is that a good processor for a dell laptop? Is it good for playing games and surfing the web?

Well it would depend on the other parts as well, but for $1360 no a Pentium Dual core is not good, that is too much money for a very low end processor. For that much money you should expect to get at least a low end Core 2 Duo, the Pentium Dual Core is about 2 steps down from that.

For a $1360 laptop, you better have a Core 2 Duo CPU and a Dedicated graphic card. Anything less than that is just a waste of money.

The core 2 duo is the top CPU on the market. Most important to gamers is to get a dedicated video card when ordering. Also at least 1GB of RAM.

Does that price include the vid card and an upgraded HD? It sounds like a decent price.
