Bicycle and motor bikes must follow the rules of the road. Pedrestran can walk facing traffic. So arrested probabbly not... ticketed yes... and if your trouble and back talk the police officer and lie to him you might get a ride on a car with out rear door handles and wear some nice Smith and Wesson jewery around your wrists behind your back. And get to appear before a Judge.

You should only ride bikes on the left in places like Britain, Eire, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and other places where traffic keeps to the left. It is also permissible in lion parks and other big cat preserves.
