I don't have a bench press, all I have are a couple of dumbells.

You can do bench presses with dumbells. There are also many many different variants on the standard push-up that can yield good results without any equipment at all.

As you get stronger you can raise your feet off the ground to increase the resistance and you can experiment with different hand positions to work the muscles slightly differently. Try 'dive bombs' or clapping push-ups once regular push-ups get too easy.

Don't forget to do your workouts every OTHER day so that the muscles have time to heal up between workouts (thats when they grow). If you work out too much its as bad as not working out enough.

Chest flies will isolate your pec minor and major the most, and your limited weight selection will work. You can also do dumbell presses, pushups, dips between chairs, and pullovers.
