Actually, No one.

Jesus made this clear when he said at

John 3:13 Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man.

Elijah was taken from the 10 tribe kingdom where he had been a prophet to Judah.

We know this because Elijah sent Elisha a letter from there.

Enoch, was transferred from life to death, without knowing it so that he would not suffer from a martyr's death.

Enoch. He was supposedly taken up into heaven, alive, and returned some time later with an understanding of the language of angels. There is an entire magickal system based on it, a lot of math involved, something about higher dimensions.

The answer is: Enoch and Elijah
Genesis 5: 24 - "Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away." (NIV)

2 Kings 2:11 - "As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind." (NIV)

Eliajah. Some say Enoch but all the verse says is he walked with God and 'He' took him away but it doesn't say how. Elijah disappears in a whirlwind but the verse implies that's how God took him upwards to Him and death was not involved.
