Dialga 59 and up with roar of time for the last person (always 1 hit KOd them)
and 80+ powerhous (torterra would be the best choice, if you picked the other ones it'll be harder)
a few 60-70 plus people
some revives an 10+ full restores/max potions

when i first fought the elite four, my strongest was a level 50 dialga. everyone else saying u need a level 70 sucks at pokemon. all u need is a bunch of revives, full restores, and ethers

Something that can pick up the slack from the weakness.
The team I beat them with was:
Infernape
Gastrodon
Luxray
Crobat
Torterra
Golem
all lv 50

I suggest your lead Pokemon (one you started out with) be at least Level 75. You should also have some backup Pokemon, at around Level 70.
