what's an unequal right triangle?

Anyway, if you have all the lengths, for any triangle (not necessarily right) you can use the law of cosines.

For a triangle ABC:

the measure of angle A=cos^-1(((distance from A to B)^2+(distance from A to C)^2-(distance from C to B)^2))/(2*(distance from A to B)*(distance from A to C)))

Given all the sides, use law of cosines to find angles.

Use law of sines is you have an angle and a side.
