ok. i confess. i am a chocoholic. everyday, i eat Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds ( they're my favorite). i usually eat about 2 bars everyday. sometimes more than 2, or sometimes only 1. but i want to know if this is good for my health or not??? should i quit eating chocolate???

Bloody tampons, cottage cheese like yeast infections, homemade douches (always a bad idea), and my favorite - boils on their naughty bits that constantly leak pus.... .... Women's Health FTW! edit: *looks up @ Trip* Oops...

i think 2 bars a day is probably too much.
chocolate is good for you, but the sugar and fat and everything isnt.
so you should probably cut down on the chocolate.
maybe go for more dark chocolate.

well, i dont thinkthis is really you in the pic, right? if so, eat whatever you are eating i guess! if not, i would say two is way to much! maybe like once in a while, but 2 a day sounds outrageous! it cant possible be good for you! goo dluck!

but you should not give it up totally
I think you should cut it down to 1 a day
or 5 a week
or watever
jsut not two a day
but then again what do I know

you know as long as you excercise it all off and eat healthy otherwise it's fine! but if not cut it to one bar a day, and maybe try dark chocolate. much better for you.

depends on how much other processed sugar you eat... You can end up with Type 2 Diabetes....

no. excerise will burn calories off very quickley as well it wont hurt i as well do this to . my opion/
