I have Nissan Altima GXE 2001 which will hit 100,000 mileage next month. I purchased this two years before at CarMax w/ 75000 on it. Since then, I had regular oil change every three months, tire rotation, wheel alignment, coolant flushing, cleaning fuel injection system all once. I replaced originally battery recently. What type of servicings should I need to get done to keep car in good condition. I usually take my car to Firestone as it is near to my work. But seems like they are not much sincere and try to rip off if possible. So not preferring to go with their recommendation.

Though your car is only 7 years old, and you have serviced the cooling system and had the injectors flushed, the only major ones that should be looked at is getting the timing belt changed if your car has a timing belt. Your dealer should be able to tell you when it should be changed (after xx,xxx miles. usually after 60,000-80,000 depending.). Also, if it has an automatic trans, you should get your transmission flushed and new filter. When you get your brakes done, make sure new brake fluid is flushed through the system. I assume they changed the fuel filter when they flushed the injectors. The spark plugs are probably long life and you might not need them just yet, but the car will always runs better after installing a new set of plugs and they are quite inexpensive.

Oil change, tire rotation, inline fuel filter, coolant flush, trans flush, plugs, wires... Whatever else is reccommended on your particular model of car. Your best bet would be to take your car to the Nissan dealer- they know exactly what your car needs and dealerships are usually more reliable.

Your shock absorbers might be weak and it is about time to measure tread depth on the tires. Keep clean air filters every year and change oil like you say you do. It is also about time to see a CV joint half shaft boot torn. Fix those fast by replacing the rubber boot and re greasing the outer boots fail first. But replace both boots and repack both CV joints on each axle. Constant velocity universal joints are why we have front wheel drive cars.
