yea its a shame really about A.hardaway. he really was a promising player. if you think back, he was compared as jordan/magic into one. due to his size and his ability to play diff position and willing to pass. just like lebron.
lebron will no doubt be a great player. his age and all. his willingness to share the ball and his size... he is going to be very promising...but lets cross out finger ...no injury will take me out of the game.
duncan is a soft guy off the court. like grant hill. but on court he dominate. its too bad duncan didnt win the mvp. i thought he will show up more if there were more games rather han just 4. therefore parker got it. but give credit to parker though. his fielf goal percentage is outstanding.

Duncan is the ultimate role model. He's Mr. Right. Mr. Fundamental. Mr. Skills. He's just a great man that's so unselfish and a good definition for champion. And Duncan is probably right, "one day" when Duncan retires, this league will not only only be LBJ's league but [don't forget that his draft mate Dwyane Wade still exists] it will also be in D-Wade's hands. They will eventually compete in the Conference Finals, year after year. Growing their friendship into one of the greatest rivalries that the NBA will ever see.

you guys may think lebron will own the league one day.... but you guys forget about tons of young stars: dwayne wade(who actually won a championship with shaq not being shaq), carmelo anthony( who has now allen iverson and guess what? they won 1 game to the spurs while the cavs got swept), chris bosh, and future stars like greg oden, kevin durant, yi jianliang.... i can also add some stars that will still be here for a while: kobe(28), tmac(28), yao(27),iverson( 32), garnett(31), arenas( ONLY 25), while lebron is 22...
so no lebron will not dominate the league for a while........

Eventually James will win multiple championships. Not for another 5 or so years after Duncan retires.

If James can get a gurad in the style of Joe Dumars and a decent low post presense(17ppg/10rpg) then Duncan is right.

Tim Duncan is putting the NBA on EBAY and since LeBron is making hundreds of millions of dollars, he is one of the few who can afford it. Starting bid: 25 cents.

Just as Allen Iverson couldn't play every position on the court neither can Lebron. Mr. James has proved that he can handle whatever they throw at him and I admire his game. It just wasn't the teams time, if that answers your question or statement or whatever!

yes he will be and he is, the had to focus all there efforts on Lebron in order to stop him. And he still played well. if he had one more player he would have beat duncan and them and they know it...

Duncan is one of the nicest people ever, and he loves the way Lebron does thing.
The world is Lebron's, only that he needs a little help conquering it.

Duncan is such a good role model. Duncan is so humble. When is the last time a winner does something like this? Jordan? (Yup, Jordan said that to Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway.)
